New feature: real time API health stats @ status.fullcontact.com

In an effort to provide our customers with maximum transparency and insight into our operational status, we’re proud to announce the launch of status.fullcontact.com.

With status.fullcontact.com you can:

  • View real-time up / down status of API endpoints
  • View current and historical response times of API endpoints
  • View historical availability of API endpoints
  • View response times by geographical region (North America and Europe)

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been working hard to make our API 100% available. As of this writing, we’ve gone more than 3 weeks without a blip of downtime and we’re currently operating at 100% availability.

We’re also working hard on some architectural changes that should drastically improve API response times for even faster API results. Stay tuned!
