One of the most exciting aspects of Connect ‘18 is our location. In addition to our great speaker lineup, we’re hosting marketing and data professionals in one of the most inspiring tech hubs in the country. The tech scene in Denver is growing quickly and companies of all sizes are taking advantage of the city’s talent pool. It’s a great place to call home with impressive mountain views, a bustling downtown and a vibrant collection of neighborhoods.
We had great feedback from last year’s attendees on the atmosphere of Denver. This year, we’re giving our attendees more reasons to fall in love with the Mile High City.
Location, Location, Location
Connect ‘18 takes place in the heart of the civic center neighborhood, inside the historic McNichols building. You’ll be surrounded by views of the Colorado State Capitol Building, downtown Denver and historical monuments. You’re less than a mile away from the Denver Art Museum and the History Colorado Center.
A few blocks away lies the 16th street mall, a pedestrian walkway with outdoor cafes, restaurants, shopping, and more. Free shuttle buses travel up and down the 16th Street Mall, stopping on every corner. Browse the menu of the most popular restaurants in the city.
Eat, Drink and Be Merry
The presentations don’t officially kickoff until Thursday but we aren’t going to let that stop the party. We’re hosting a welcome reception on Wednesday night where guests can check in for the conference, grab their badges and begin networking with attendees while enjoying drinks in Civic Center Park with great views of the city.
After our first full day of content and speakers, we’re treating attendees to a Thursday night happy hour at the revered Clyfford Stills Museum. Our guests will enjoy local Colorado libations and have the chance to tour the artwork of one of modern art’s greatest innovators.
We’re ending the conference with a Connect conference favorite from last year. Home to nearly 200 microbreweries, Colorado has become a mecca for craft beer aficionados. We’re excited to showcase the local fare with a seven-stop brewery tour on Friday in River North Arts District (RiNo), a trendy neighborhood in northwest Denver.
