It goes through some amazing facts about closing rates, lead qualification and more. Though I couldn’t help but notice how two key figures were missing, so I thought that we should add them –
88 percent of business cards are thrown away, and only 9 percent ever make it into a digital CRM.
Forget the performance metrics for a minute, and pay attention to the leads that end up in your trash can. Now, what would those metrics look like if you had 100% accurate transcription, directly into Salesforce, for every business card you collected?
