Khristin is the Vice President of Customer Success for FullContact. She is responsible for leading a team to optimize retention, expansion, advocacy, and overall lifetime value of each FullContact customer.

Leaning on over 25 years of success delivering exceptional customer experiences, Khristin uses her deep understanding of clients’ business operations and goals to develop solutions they highly value.

Prior to FullContact, Khristin served as the Vice President of Account Management at Trueffect, a first party ad server that allows customizable messaging, where she managed high profile clients like H&R Block, Bath and Body Works, GoDaddy, and QVC. She has also operated as a Group Director at eBay Enterprise Marketing Solutions, where she was responsible for a portfolio of clients like Kellogg’s, Sports Authority, and Southwest Airlines. Khristin has also served clients in various roles at Merkle,, and Experian.

Khristin is married to a Colorado native with two children, and they enjoy skiing, scuba diving and tennis as a family.
