Michelle leads global HR strategy, using her extensive people-based experience to nurture a healthy and thriving organization.
Michelle Warren is the Vice President of Global Human Resources and leads FullContact’s HR operations around the world. Her innate ability to connect with employees across different cultural and geographical backgrounds bolsters organizational health, employee engagement, and team productivity.
With a PHR, SHRM-CP, master’s degree in strategic human resources, and nearly 15 years of experience in strategy, total rewards, and employee engagement, Michelle has cultivated a wide breadth of human resources expertise. She has a talent for analyzing existing systems and revitalizing them with an employee-centered growth strategy that focuses on connection and retention.
Prior to FullContact, Michelle served as Director of Talent Management at Mercy Housing, a non-profit organization dedicated to affordable housing and community inclusion. There, Michelle was integral in successfully integrating 200 employees following an acquisition, reduced turnover by focusing on executive coaching and counselling, and championed the Mercy Housing mission statement and value alignment. Her professional history also includes time with ShopAtHome.com, Ontrac, and Global Water Resources, all in a human resources capacity.
Michelle describes herself as a passionate and fun leader, and she has successfully completed five levels of improv classes at the Bovine School of Improv. Michelle lives in Colorado with her husband and two dogs.
