Jason Soni is General Counsel at FullContact. He leads FullContact’s global legal and privacy functions, including commercial transactions, data protection, compliance and risk management, litigation, intellectual property, corporate governance, and support of strategic corporate initiatives.
Jason enjoys playing an active role in corporate strategy, leadership, management, planning, and forecasting that delivers high value and impact in new or unchartered areas. Jason has built a reputation for mitigating risk and deploying continuous improvements while remaining organized in the chaos of a fast-paced environment and challenging the status quo and traditional approaches.
Raised in Atlanta, Georgia, Jason received his B.B.A. in Business Management cum laude from Kennesaw State University and his J.D. cum laude from the University of Maryland School of Law. Before joining FullContact, Jason served as General Counsel at SparkPost. Prior to launching his legal career, Jason led business development at an EdTech startup. He traveled the world advocating for mobile technologies in classrooms, and was responsible for driving company growth and supporting capture activities.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his family and friends, building Lego, tinkering with cars and technology, and experimenting with side hustles.
